Refund Policy
At Rising Athletes Ltd, we want to be fair and transparent with families. This policy sets out when you may be entitled to a refund and how we handle cancellations.

1. Cooling-Off Period: In line with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the sessions have not yet started.

2. Before Sessions Begin: If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but before sessions start, refunds may be offered at our discretion.

3. After Sessions Have Started: Once a block or programme has started, refunds will not normally be given if your child misses a session (e.g. due to illness, holidays, or other commitments). In exceptional circumstances (e.g. long-term injury or illness supported by medical evidence), we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future sessions.

4. Rising Athletes Cancellations: If we cancel a session for reasons beyond our control (e.g. venue closure, severe weather, staff illness), we will:Reschedule the session, or Offer a credit for a future session, or Provide a refund if no alternative is possible.

5. Holiday & HAF Camps Funded places (e.g. through the HAF programme) are not eligible for cash refunds, as no payment is taken from parents. If a child cannot attend, the place will be offered to another family.Paid camp places follow the same rules as regular sessions.
